我用root用戶安裝了twitter-text這個包，但是其他用戶無法使用（其他包是可以正常使用的），然后我試著用這個賬戶單獨安裝一下這個包，卻總是提示：ERROR:  Could not find a valid gem 'devise' (>= 0) in any repositoryERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)     too many connection resets (http://production.s3.rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)
