大四，計(jì)算機(jī)專(zhuān)業(yè)，二本，想干前端，女，二線城市，深知自己沒(méi)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，找不到工作，又不想妥協(xié)，然后就迷茫了，請(qǐng)問(wèn)該怎么辦？

如果拿我跟你對(duì)比，你就知道自己多幸運(yùn)了，無(wú)學(xué)歷，一個(gè)月的前端學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，面試一個(gè)多月二十余次，現(xiàn)在都在小公司當(dāng)個(gè)前端主管了。

這個(gè)，行情我也不太了解，但總的來(lái)說(shuō)，能力始終是關(guān)鍵，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有點(diǎn)大，但公司挑來(lái)挑去主要還是依據(jù)能力大小，然后有學(xué)歷，有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的再好不過(guò)了。

我是半路轉(zhuǎn)行的，也有很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間為找不到工作苦惱，不過(guò)現(xiàn)在挺過(guò)來(lái)了，工作也不錯(cuò)。加油

建議親多做些實(shí)踐吧，多學(xué)習(xí)一些項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)，增加下自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。另外一個(gè)公司招應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生更多評(píng)估的是應(yīng)聘者本身的基本功是否扎實(shí)，學(xué)習(xí)能力是否強(qiáng)，是否有主動(dòng)生，其實(shí)評(píng)估的就是培養(yǎng)價(jià)值。所以有好的基礎(chǔ)，加上自己平常的積累是很容易找到一個(gè)工作機(jī)會(huì)的。
