檢查maven配置的鏡像地址，可以換個地址，
還可以看你pom文件中的依賴，你把它從plugins標(biāo)簽里面拉出來看看，直接dependcy試試

同上，鏡像（setting.xml文件里配置）有可能出錯，檢查無誤的話，看看pom文件，直接dependcy可以去maven中央倉庫（https://mvnrepository.com/）
