求解？jstl不能用，在edit.jsp中Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core_rt"。pom上也申明依賴了，也重新mvn compile為啥還是不行？

我看了一下compile maven后 Maven Dependencies中有jstl和 taglibs的jar包，可jsp頁面仍是報(bào)Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core_rt"
