function openwindow()放在? var turn_on=confirm("是否打開(kāi)新窗口？");

里面要對(duì)var new_website=prompt("請(qǐng)輸入要打開(kāi)的網(wǎng)站地址：",'http://idcbgp.cn');進(jìn)行if判定，如果是，執(zhí)行window.open('new_website','_blank',width=400,height=500,menubar=no,toolbar=no');}
